For the last five years working at height consultants and auditors Time Consultancy has rolled out an audit system on commercial properties for managing agents. The results have consistanlly identified that contractors are failing to provide the required level of contractual support in both administration and general service standards. Resulting in unacceptable health and safety liabilities

Property owners and their appointed managing agents are becoming more aware of the liabilities when using contractors and suppliers that are providing services that do not meet with health and safety law and safe systems of work
